Description
TOURPulse, a leaderboard feed that combines traditional scoring with artificial intelligence-created content that gives fans real-time descriptions of every shot by each player.

Challenge
The PGA TOUR approached us with the challenge of creating their own Twitter style tournament feed and implementing it within their most visited page, the leaderboard. The goal of this project was to to help tell the story of the tournament, or a player’s round with AI generated instant UI cards for different types of content. In the end we had colour coded icons and cards for narrative, video, alerts and leaderboards.
Personalize
The UI was a fairly straight forward feed design, but the ease of use and personalization was the biggest challenge we accomplished. In the end, we covered the many edge cases of point in time that golf poses. We also focused on personalizing the experience by creating a separate MY FEED tab. Users could quickly search and add players to their own custom feed, but were still able to view the general feed at any point.
We also created detailed threads for related content, and player profile threads for player specific round to round content.
