Donation Form Refresh
Description
OSPCA asked me to take the elements of a currently existing donation form, and design a new version with a focus on UX and interactivity. To accomplish this, the page featured a sticky footer selection, that depending on the user’s actions determined the correct form to display and triggered the information below. The form also featured a step-by-step functionality where the ‘next step’ buttons changed colour and revealed the subsequent sections only once the required fields had been correctly filled out.
